By Helen van der Nagel: Poffertjes are a traditional Dutch batter treat. They resemble small, fluffy pancakes. They are a sweet treat, served with powdered sugar and butter, and sometimes syrup or advocaat. I made this film for members of Zing! a Dutch singing group based in Melbourne, Australia.
